TERMS AND CONDITIONS*:

  1. Rates are quoted pro rata. Should additional deliverables be required on a particular project, you will be notified and quoted accordingly.
  2. All work will be supplied in English and does not include translation services. This will be quoted separately upon request.
  3. A 50% upfront (non-refundable) payment is required in order for work to commence.
  4. Payment terms are strictly C.O.D on approved delivery.
  5. All work will be conducted remotely and briefs are to be sent in via email, telephone calls and/or Skype.
  6. Prices exclude travel costs (to be billed separately).
  7. All accepted quotes must be signed-off by the client and emailed back in order for work to commence.
  8. The turnaround time is 10-14 working days on any given deliverable.
  9. Urgent jobs that require a turnaround time within 5-7 days will be billed a 35% surcharge for expedition.
  10. A maximum of 2 free client reverts are permitted. Any additional changes thereafter will incur an hourly billing of R1,100 / $79 USD (for work done by a senior writer, communications manager, senior journalist, research consultant or senior business analyst).
  11. No work will be undertaken for porn sites, hate speech, adult content and so forth at our discretion. We reserve the exclusive right to determine which content/themes we will be undertaking based on expertise and availability of writers.
